If you purchase any services or memberships:
Payments must be made as outlined on the Site.

6.1 Membership Options
The Second Stream Society offers two types of memberships:
Free Membership: Access to basic community features and resources.
Paid Membership: Access to premium features, including exclusive content, mastermind groups, and in-depth programs.

6.2 Payment Terms
All payments for paid memberships must be made in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through third-party platforms. By signing up, you agree to the payment terms of the platform used.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
6.3 Subscription Renewals
Paid memberships are offered on a recurring subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Renewal charges will be billed to the payment method on file. You will receive a reminder before your subscription renews, if required by law.
6.4 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@secondstreamsociety.com.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until then.
Refunds for unused portions of the billing cycle are not provided unless required by law or explicitly stated in a promotional offer.
6.5 Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may include:
Technical issues that prevent access to the membership features.
Errors in billing caused by Second Stream Society or its payment processors.
Refund requests should be submitted to info@secondstreamsociety.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6.6 Membership Changes
Second Stream Society reserves the right to modify membership features, pricing, or terms. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance.
If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your membership before the changes take effect.
6.7 Termination
Second Stream Society may terminate your membership for violating the Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
If your membership is terminated due to a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
6.8 Free Trial Terms (If Applicable)
Free trials, when offered, are limited to one per user.
At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid membership unless canceled before the trial ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Stream Society and its affiliates are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Any loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total liability for any claim related to the use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if applicable.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Use them at your own risk.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that are by their nature intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Stay on topic when engaging in discussions or posting content.
Use designated channels or forums for specific topics, as outlined in our community structure.
Avoid spamming or posting irrelevant content.
Self-promotion is allowed only in designated areas (if applicable) or with prior approval from the community moderators.
Sharing helpful resources is encouraged, but ensure they are relevant and non-commercial.
Do not share personal information about yourself or others, such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.
Respect the confidentiality of private conversations or content shared within the community.
Offer feedback that is helpful, specific, and considerate.
If you disagree with someone, focus on the ideas rather than personal criticisms.
Do not post content you do not own or have permission to share.

Do not engage in public disputes; let the moderators handle it.
Moderators reserve the right to remove posts, comments, or members that violate these guidelines.
Members who repeatedly or severely breach these rules may be suspended or permanently removed from the community.
This is a place to learn, grow, and connect with like-minded individuals.
Explore new ideas and share your experiences with enthusiasm.
We aim to educate members about our guidelines, but repeated or serious violations may result in:
A warning from the moderators.
Temporary suspension from the community.
Permanent removal for severe or repeated offenses.

By posting, sharing, or submitting any content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, comments, and feedback) on the Second Stream Society platform ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights in that content.
15.2 License to Use
By submitting User Content, you grant Second Stream Society a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to:
Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your User Content for purposes related to operating and promoting the community.
Share your contributions in marketing materials, testimonials, or promotional campaigns with proper attribution, unless otherwise agreed.
15.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the User Content you share. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:
You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to post the content.
Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
Your content complies with our Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
15.4 Prohibited Content
You agree not to post or submit User Content that:
Is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Contains spam, advertisements, or solicitations for services unrelated to Second Stream Society.
Violates intellectual property laws or contains unauthorized copyrighted material.
Spreads malware, harmful code, or other disruptions.
15.5 Moderation and Removal
Second Stream Society reserves the right (but not the obligation) to:
Review, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.
15.6 Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Second Stream Society, you acknowledge that:
